Accessibility
Zenhoko should work for everyone who scans a tag, including people using a screen reader, a keyboard on its own, or a magnified display. Someone returning your lost property should never be stopped by our interface.
What we aim for
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Automated checks run against the pages a finder and a new customer pass through — the item page and its contact form, sign-up, sign-in, pricing, and these information pages — on every change, and they have to pass before anything ships.
Where we fall short today
We would rather tell you than let you find out.
- Automated testing catches somewhere between a third and a half of real barriers. We have not yet completed a full manual screen-reader pass, so there will be problems we do not know about.

Email support@zenhoko.com and tell us what you were trying to do, what got in the way, and what you were using — browser, screen reader, phone or computer. We will reply and, if the fix is not quick, tell you how we are getting you what you needed in the meantime.
